Our customer support agents are always available via email. This mode of communication allows us to respond to customers clearly, effectively, and in a more timely fashion. We like to prearrange the call date and time so it is convenient for both you and our service agent.
If there is any troubleshooting that needs to be conducted we may ask for some additional information (see Troubleshooting) prior to sending your email so that we can research the issue. This makes the best use of your’s and our agent’s time and allows us to establish the root cause more effectively.
