All items we sell are eligible for return. The "tCheck promise" offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. 

Step 1

Check the return policy for eligibility.  If you are eligible to receive a return/refund please send an email to support with

1. Your name; or
2. The email address that was used to place the order.

Step 2

Wait to receive your RMA # and return instructions.

Step 3

Prepare your package for return. The products should be in as much of the original packaging as possible.  It must not have been disassembled (taken apart). ALL accessories must be included.

Step 4

Receipt and Inspection.  Once we receive your return you will receive a notification.  All returns are subject to inspection.

Step 5

Refund issued. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days after an inspection has been conducted.  If your card is no longer valid, please notify us promptly and a check will be issued to the billing address.
