LIMITED ONE-YEAR WARRANTY: This LIMITED WARRANTY is valid only if the product is purchased directly from Engineered Medical Technologies or through an AUTHORIZED RESELLER. The tCheck device included with this LIMITED WARRANTY is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase, except as noted below. During this period, we will repair or replace this product, at our option, at no cost. THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WRITTEN OR ORAL, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ANY LIABILITY IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO AN AMOUNT EQUAL TO THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID AND ALL CLAIMS FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED.

*Warranty applies to the tCheck device only. It does not extend to Expansion Kit products.

Check the warranty policy for eligibility. We only replace items if they are proven to be defective or damaged. If you feel the item you have is faulty, don't hesitate to get in touch with Customer Support to explain the issue you are experiencing. We may need to troubleshoot first to determine if the device is defective or something else. If a warranty replacement is necessary - proceed to Step

- The email address that was used to place the order; and
- Current shipping address and telephone number.

Wait to receive Receive your RMA # and return instructions.
Step 4
Prepare your package for return.
Step 5
Receipt and Inspection.
Step 6
The warranty replacement order was fulfilled and the tracking number was sent.
