DISCOUNTS - I have a question about a discount

Questions about promotions ran on tcheck.me and partner sites for tCheck products.

Q:  How many discount codes can I use in one order?

A:  Only one discount can be used when an order is placed.

Q:  Do discount codes expire?

A:  Yes, we run promotions and offer discounts all the time. They run for a limited time and are subject to change at any time. 

Q:  Can I combine my discount codes?

A:  No.  You can't combine discount codes.  A discount we offer and another code (i.e., affiliate) can't be used in the same order.  You have to choose which code gives you the best discount value.

Q:  Do you offer a military discount?

A:  Yes, we do.  You do not need to be on active duty to get the discount code.  Please send an email to Customer Support and provide which branch of the military and your rank.  We will send you a special code to use on selected items at checkout.  Thank you for your service!

Q:  Do you offer a senior discount?

A:  No, we do not.  

Q:  I had a coupon but forgot to apply the code at checkout.

A:  If you forgot to use your coupon at checkout, Contact Us and provide your order number and the name of the coupon you forgot to use.  We will issue you a partial refund for the discount coupon not applied at checkout once your order clears our payment processor.

Q:  Do you offer a medical discount?

A:  No.  We do not offer any special discounts for medical patients at this time.  

Q:  Do you offer upgrade discounts to tCheck Classic customers?

A:  Yes, we do.  If you currently own a tCheck Classic model and wish to upgrade to a newer tCheck, please send an email to Customer Support with your original order number.  We will send you a special code to use on selected items at checkout.

Q:  What products can I use your discount code on?

A:  Most of our discounts are for specific product groups - or are limited to a specific product type.  If you are trying to use a discount code and it's not working it could be three things.

1. The discount code is no longer valid or it has expired.
2. The spelling of the discount code may be incorrect.
3. The discount code is not valid on the products in your cart.  Check your cart for items that do not qualify.

Q:  Where do I apply the coupon/discount?

A:  Enter it in the box that says:
