Help! I forgot to clean my tray prior to storage and now there is dried goo in the tray! How do I clean it?
Fortunately, almost everything dissolves in alcohol. Except for your tray! We recommend you try soaking your tray in 99.9% isopropyl alcohol until the goo dissolves. In severe cases, this may take a couple of days. Be sure the tightly seal the container of alcohol. Once the goo has been dissolved, rinse again in 99.9% isopropyl alcohol, wash, then dry using a microfiber cloth.
Do not use any petroleum-based cleaner or abrasive cleaner. Please be sure that the cloth has not been washed nor dried using any fabric softener. See HOW TO - Clean your tray for more information on tray care and maintenance.
If the tray has become damaged from the dried material and you feel it is affecting your results - please see HOW TO - Get a new tray.
