Help! My tCheck device is stuck on all green lights.
Hi there! We're sorry to hear that your tCheck device is giving you some trouble. If you're seeing all green lights on your device, it means that it's currently in the Power On Self Test (POST) mode, which should take about 10 seconds to complete. However, if your device has been stuck in this mode with 3 green lights for more than 15 seconds, we recommend contacting our Customer Support team for assistance.
Once the POST process is complete, the lights on your device should turn blue-blue-green, indicating that it's ready for a BLE connection to the app.
What do I do if my device is flashing green lights?
If your device is flashing green lights, it's likely that there's an issue with the Power-On Self-Test. To resolve this, we recommend starting by replacing the batteries with new, premium AAA batteries like Energizer Max. Sometimes, the low battery voltage can cause the device to get stuck in the POST process.
If you've tried changing the batteries and the device is still stuck with all green lights, please check the Warranty Replacement Policy. If your device is still covered under warranty (12 months from the date of delivery), please send your order number and a description of the problem to our Customer Support
team to initiate a return for warranty replacement.
