Shipping Information:

We ship our tCheck 2 devices just about anywhere.  If you see your country listed below, we do not ship our products there.

Countries we DO NOT SHIP to:

• We do not ship to all US-embargoed or sanctioned countries
• Additionally, we do not ship to the following countries due to trade or cannabis-related restrictions

*Central American countries include Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, and Panama.

**South American countries include Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Uruguay, and Venezuela; and two dependent territories: the Falkland Islands and South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands; and one internal territory: French Guiana.

***Latin American regions include Mexico, Central America, and South America.

About Customs, Duties & Taxes

When you place an order with us, we want to make sure that you can receive it without any issues. However, it's important to keep in mind that you're responsible for ensuring that the product you're ordering can be lawfully imported to your country.

If you're ordering from outside the United States, your order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees charged by your country's customs office. We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be, so it's best to check with your local customs office for more information.

Please note that customs policies can vary widely, and when customs clearance procedures are required, it may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you're ordering from Israel or South Africa, your customs office may require you to provide a particular form of identification before releasing your shipment. Be sure to check with your local customs office to see if this applies to you.

Freight Forwarding and Logistics Company Shipments

Unfortunately, we do not ship to logistics or freight forwarding companies. Orders to these addresses will be automatically refunded and canceled.
