At tCheck, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your tCheck product, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Simply reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your product to initiate the RMA process. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns:
To return your tCheck device, it should be in its original packaging and not have been disassembled. All accessories should be included. You can find our return process on our website. Go here for our return process.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved for a refund. If approved, it may take up to 3 business days for us to process your return. Your refund (less shipping costs) will be credited back to your original method of payment within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Exchanges:
If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item under our 1-year warranty replacement policy, simply email our customer support team with your name and the email address used to place your order to verify eligibility. Shipping:
