Question: My device isn't working. I need a replacement. What do I do?
Answer: We offer "Satisfaction Guaranteed" - tCheck was built with you in mind. If the device is under warranty (1 year from the date of delivery), you are eligible to return it for a warranty replacement.
Before requesting a warranty replacement, have you considered troubleshooting the issue? Troubleshooting is the first step in determining if the device is defective or damaged. We only replace items if they are shown to be defective or damaged. See our Warranty Replacement Policy for more information.
If your device is covered under our warranty replacement please contact Customer Support with
- Your name; and
- The email address that was used to place the order.
You will receive
- your RMA number;
- return/packaging instructions*; and
- a copy of the NO-CHARGE invoice for the warranty replacement. Please verify the information on that invoice (i.e., shipping address) and if anything needs correcting, please let us know so the invoice can be updated.
*If eligible for a pre-paid return label it will be generated and included in the box when we send the replacement.
