Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, you can cancel your order if your order hasn't been fulfilled/completed. You can cancel the order and receive a full refund. If the order has already been fulfilled/completed and shipped with a tracking number there is nothing we can do to stop the shipment once it has been picked up by the shipping carrier. Q: How do I cancel an order if it hasn't shipped yet?
A: Send an email to Customer Support and provide the order number promptly. We will attempt to cancel the order and issue a full refund as long as the item has NOT entered the fulfillment stage.
Q: My order has shipped. Is it too late to cancel it?
A: Yes, unfortunately, it is too late to cancel for a full refund if the order has already been shipped and you received a tracking number. However, you can refuse the shipment once you receive it from the delivery carrier. When we receive it back we can issue a refund less the shipping costs which have already been paid and are not recoverable by us.
