Has your tray become cloudy? A cloudy tray can affect your results. See the image below.
If your tray has become damaged or cloudy during use, please refer to our startup and tray care guide. A cloudy tray usually occurs when a non-approved substance or cleaning application has been used. After a tray becomes cloudy, don't worry, you have options:
Option 1: DIY - Recently we discovered that if you use Optic white Colgate toothpaste and dab on the spot or discoloration (cloudy/foggy area) and rub with a soft paper towel or non-abrasive cloth you can buff out the mark. This was discovered by one of our customers recently and he had relatively great success.
Option 2: You can try to polish the tray with this kit from Amazon:
NOVUS 7136 Plastic Polish Kit - 2 oz. - on Amazon
Please use a Q-Tip and bottles 2 and 3 when attempting to clean the tray.
If the tray was not repaired using Option 1 or 2 above, please See HOW TO - Get a replacement tray.
Option 3: If you are not interested in a DIY solution please see HOW TO - Get a replacement tray?
